Abstract

Research of Solid Dispersion Isoxsuprine HCl system has been done by using syntetic polymer Povidon K-30 to increase solubility and dissolution rate of the drug that slightly soluble in water. The solid dispersion system is maked by using solvent method with any comparison. Charactheristics of physics chemistry solid dispersion are X-ray diffraction analysis, Differential Scanning Calorimetry, and Fourier Transform Infra Red. The solubility and dissolution test from solid dispersion by using UV spectrophotometer. The dissolution test was examined by basket method and dissolution profile can be found by using HPLC. Analitical of solid dispersion’s dissolution test is done by using Anova. Result of solid dispersion’s dissolution test which has the best comparison is continued by making tablet with direct compression. Comparative dissolution test is done by using inovator tablet. From the characteristic X-ray’s diffraction and FTIR showed the comparison of solid dispersion 1:9 ; 2:8 ; 3:7 was amorf than the other solid dispersions. Statistic analytical with one direction Anova could be concluded that solid dispersion’s dissolution with comparison at 2:8 was the highest dissolution of solid dispersion, also from the solid dispersion’s tablet was compared with HST inovator’s tablet. Key words : solid dispersion, isoxsuprine H Cl, Povidon K-30, dissolution.
