Abstract

Law enforcement of traffic and transportation are all efforts and activities which are performed in traffic and transportation sectors, in order the acts and regulations traffict and transportation to be obeyed by the street users in efforts of creating, safety, orderly and smoothness of traffic and transportation. The research used of empirical researching method, about law enforcement for traffic activities and transportation of Auto Bridge in Lubuk Selasih. In doing this problem we use Soerjono Soekanto’s theory about the faktors that in fluence of law enforcement, by referring on act n number 14 in 1992 about traffic and transportations with its regulation actions. The results of research can be delivered that Auto Bridge in Lubuk Selasih there are still many kinds at wrong doings such as : (1) The result of breaking test. (2) Loading regulation. (3) Transportation effort license. With many various of breaking faktors namely: (1) The law faktor it self, like the un uniform result of test and three model. (2) Law enforcement faktor, like the police’s dispensation and un optimal of auto bridge. (3) Facilities faktor, that is auto bridge it self. (4) Culture and people faktors, like net line and economic principle, so that caused un effective of law enforcement for traffic and transportation.
