Abstract
Indonesia dengan mayoritas penduduk yang beragama Islam mendorong para pelaku usaha menjalankan usaha yang beroperasi dengan system syariah. Bertolak dari pemikiran inilah, maka PT.Astra Multi Finance menjalankan usaha pembiayaan dengan prinsip syariah. Produk pembiayaan yang pnulis teliti yaitu pembiayaan murabahah untuk pembelian motor dongan jaminan fidusia.
