Abstract

Minors involvement in armed conflict is the forbidden act that against humanity. Thus, this role of international humanitarian law is considered crucial for the welfare of the minors. Generally, Humanitarian Law is based on Conventions of Den Haag in 1899 and 1907 (Den Haag Law) and Convention of Geneva in 1949 (Geneva Law). Geneva Law is completed by additional protocols, I and ll 1977. As one the significant countries that ratified the conventions of humanitarian Law, lndonesia should implement the law into its national laws.
