Abstract

Since 1992, precautionary principle has been one of the most adopted principles in almost intemational law. Especially after the birth of the 1992's Rio Declaration article 15 that highlighted the importance of precautionary principle to prevent small and huge scales of environmental destructions as well as environmental problems and causes that cannot be scientifically proven. The problem with this precautionary principle lays on how adopted in the international environmental law, which affects the content and adoptions of lndonesian environmental law.
