Abstract
Kosovo is a new state by declaration from Serbia. Kosovo's independence is supported and also criticism from other parties, including Serbia which is the fust sovereign state. Kosovo's independence is caused by various problems such as ethnic cleansing , no occlurence of an ethnic balance in the government of Kosovo temitory and other problem's. This issue is then lead to war until finally taken over the UN.
