Abstract
The background of extradition treaty between Republic of Indonesia with Australia is for doing cooperation in destroying crimes. For Indonesia it self, the neccessity to do this extradition with Australia is big, because there are many suspected/criminals who run away to that country in avoid that law. Bqsed on this background, the writer interested to analyze and know how the extrctdition treaty done between Indonesia and Australia in handling of crime, especially international of economy crime, what factors that influence the e:ctradition treaty done between Indonesia and Australia and whot the forms oJ' international of economy crime in relation between Indonesia with Australia and how the sincronilation ond harmonitation of law vertically about extradition between Indonesia with Australia.
