Abstract

Road is one of supporter medium for economic of society, so that it needs effective way in executing the road project construction to achieve a good result, and also give the comfortable for any parties that using the road. Therefore, the road from Rao to Rokan Hulu (West Sumatera) with the road Iength is 4 Krn should be up graded and enhaaced its function, so that. the first rvay is pla*ning ibr executing the road project by arranging the final project with the title is: Execution Planning of Rao - Rokan Hulu Highway Improvement Project (STA 19+400 to STA 23+400) Pasaman Regency West Sumatera Province in executing the road with the length is 4 Km, the Cost Estimating is just about Rp.8.394.236.200,00-. The duration for executing the road project is 90 days. The organizational structure and controlling (quality control, time control and cost control) are important things in achieving the successful project execution. The specific evaluation is flexible pavement design for the subbase course, base course and surface in Rao - Rokan Hulu Highway improvement Project by using Bina Marga Method, thd result is differ from the real road construction design because of some assumttion data in designing the specific evaluation.
