Abstract

This research is describes that the aimes of the ecranization of Romeo and Juliet playscript to film is to overcome space and time in plays. Those differences between plays and film shows the intertextuality. The differences between plays and film indicate that there is a readers reactions, respons, and interpretations which have different backgrounds and horizon expectations. Those differences is prominently due the consideration of filmic aspect in the ecranization process.
