Abstract

One country will do cooperation with another country and in the relation has been problems. This cooperation has background in politic, social, culture, defence and security and also organization of trainee in foreign country. Organization of trainee in foreign country regulated in article 23 "The Universal Declaration of Human Right". Based on this article, It can be realized by institution of work training, namely : Yuko Tesa Mirai company that is organized of official to Japan. In organize of official to Japan, Yuko Tesa Mirai company cooperate with local government of Tanah Datar as part of Indonesian country. Besides it has common implication, organization official in Japan also has beneficial for local government of Tanah Datar. In this thesis, the writer formulate the problem there is how the Yuko Tesa Mirai company roles as institution organization official to Japan toward local government of Tanah Datar realize of Indonesian-Japan relationship and what is the problem of Yuko Tesa Mirai and local government of Tanah Datar in realization of lndonesia-Japan relationship. This thesis aims to add literature treasury in law field especially has relation with institution organization official in foreign country. Methode of this research is observate, about the role of Yuko Tesa Mirai company as institution organization official to Japan toward local government of Tanah Datar into realize Indonesian-Japan relationship. This research conclude that the role of Yuko Tesa Mirai company toward local government of Tanah Datar, increase of productive energy of worker and reduce jobless amount and increase economics society Tanah Datar regent house as part of Indonesian country. Besides that, the problem in organization of official in Japan most of them derived from official members or clerk is who does not obey in contract like runaway from official program so that they become illegal migrant in Japan.
