Abstract

Region Indonesia is a country rich in terms ofvarious aspects ofculture, nature and the natural result and these draw attention to other countries so that many foreign nationals came to visit Indonesia. Of this visa can be known intents and purposes a stranger carne to Indonesia whitch aspects have the benefit and not cause disturbances to public order and national security.problems studied are how the implementation arrangements tourist visa for citizens of for eign countries and what constraints the implementation of visa arrangements lor loreign tourist coming to Indonesia.Purpose of this study to fine out how the visa arrangements for foreign countries in Indonesia and the constraints that must bi faced. Research method used is a normative juridical research methods. Source of data that is of primary raw materials and secondary raw materials and raw materials tertior,data obtained were analyzed using qualitative methods of the research results obtained the conclusion that the number of foreign policy condact the free old active to ensure and maintain the national interest, then a recommendation is recommended to foreign nationals admission to certain countries in the bilateral cooperation between Indonesia with countries in the world. Constraints faced by foreign citizens to Indonesia when viewed in the theoretical and practical, the legislation that reguiates too hard or not there is a unity of bilateral relations with other countries and did not make it easy for people to come to Indonesia in providing visas, where the purpose of bilateral relations is to establish good cooperation between the countries concerned.
