Abstract
In 1955 Indonesia to do the agreement with Repoblik of china converning about the citizenship Tionghoa society, but the execution of this agreement has not finished yet to exixting problem of thionghoa citizenship. From explanation, so the writer interest to discuss about the implemenasi of agreement between Indoensia Repoblik and Repoblik of Cina Concerning about citizenship of tionghoa societi in Indonesia. In addition there are several problem that writer will study, taht is 1. Implementation of agreement between Indonesia Repobblik with Repoblik of china about the Citizenship of status tionghoa in Indonesia. 2. the citizenship status of tionghoa society, according to act no 12 in 2006.
