Abstract
Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh asam borak terhadap perkembangan embrio mencit. Asam borak diberikan mulai hari pertama kehamilan hingga hari ke 4 secara intraperitoneal dengan dosis 0, 125, 250 dan 500 mg/kg BB induk. Dari hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa asam borak tidak menyebabkan embrio berkurang namun pada dosis 250 dan 500 mg/kg BB induk menyebabkan terhambatnya pembelahan dan perkembangan.
