Abstract
adang Padaman tegeocy is one of ateas potential as a producer of coconut tree, with large farm areas 39.066 ha. This led to many emetging homes industdes which is engaged in the ptocessing of coconut oil and coconut
cake. But unfortunately the local people still do not have the knowledge and skills to cultivate cocoriut fruit waste (coconut water), so the w.aste is still
untapped. After the incident last earthquake 30 September 2009, the economy fell sharply especially Tandikek village Patamuan District which is the area vorst. Therefote, the team felt compelled to share science and skills with people, especially moms. Activities undertaken are making counseling and taining Nata de coco ftom cocoout waste (coconut watet). Activities
carded out ftom Apd-september 2071. After extensive evaluation, participants were very enthusiastic and keen to do the processing. Even some of them wete willing to continue the activities and enttepteneurship.
