Abstract

Kata kunci : Oiran, Prostitusi, Yoshiwara Skripsi ini merupakan hasil penelitian terhadap novel Yoshiwara Gomenjoo karya Keiichiro Ryu dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Kajian pada novel ini bertolak pada pengklasifikasian kedua dari sosiologi sastra oleh Wellek dan Warren yaitu sosiologi karya. Metode dan teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah: membaca dan memahami novel secara keseluruhan, mengumpulkan dan mencatat data yang berhubungan dengan identitas,posisi, dan peran oiran dalam karya sastra. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis sosiologi sastra dengan menyelidiki sosial budaya masyarakat Yoshiwara yang menjadi latar utama dalam novel Yoshiwara Gomenjoo. Eksistensi para oiran dalam novel Yoshiwara Gomenjoo mencerminkan realitas sosial budaya masyarakat Yoshiwara yang menjadi latar novel tersebut. Yoshiwara merupakan daerah yang dibangun golongan masyarakat tertindas yang mendambakan kebebasan dan kesamaan derajat sosial di tengah masyarakat Jepang akibat adanya pembagian masyarakat ke dalam beberapa kelas sosial. Untuk mengetahui sosial budaya masyarakat daerah yang terdapat dalam novel ini digunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa dalam novel Yoshiwara Gomenjoo dijabarkan bahwa oiran adalah kunci keberhasilan daerah Yoshiwara karena Yoshiwara adalah daerah yang dibangun demi kebebasan, kesamaan hak dan kedudukan dengan menonjolkan keindahan yang dimiliki wanita. Oleh sebab itu, oiran sangat diistimewakan dan kedudukannya disetarakan dengan wanita bangsawan yang bermartabat. ABSTRACT OIRAN AS SEEN IN YOSHIWARA GOMENJOO BY KEIICHIRO RYU; A SOCIOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE By: ZARNI WARDIAH Key Word : Prostitution, Oiran, Yoshiwara This thesis is the analysis of Yoshiwara Gomenjoo novel by Keiichiro Ryu by using sociology of literature approach. This research emphasized in second classification of sociology of literature by Wellek and Warren, that is sociology of the work. The methods and techniques applied in conducting this research are reading and understanding the novel completely, collecting and noting the data related to identity position and role of oiran in literary work. Furthermore, as sociological analysis of literature is done by investigating the social culture of Yoshiwara as the main background of the Yoshiwara Gomenjoo novel. The Existence of oirans in Yoshiwara Gomenjoo novel reflect the sociocultural realities of Yoshiwara society as the settings for the novel. Yoshiwara is an area that was built for the oppressed classes who crave for freedom and social equality in Japanese society as a result of the society division into some social classes. To find out the local social culture contained in this novel, the approach used is sociology of literature. From the research that has been done, the writer concludes that in novel Yoshiwara Gomenjoo found that oiran is the key to the success in Yoshiwara, because Yoshiwara is an area that was built for the sake of freedom, equal rights and status by highlighting the beauty of the women. Therefore oirans were very privileged and it’s position was equated with disgnified dignity. 要旨 計一路　竜「吉原御免状」の花魁の天国 ザーニワヂィアー キーワード：花魁、売春、吉原 この研究は、計一路　竜の小説である「吉原　御免状」を研究したものである。研究はWellek とWarrenから作品の社会文学のアプローチを使った。一番目の研究の段階の坊式は小説を全部で読んで理解して、研究の問題についてデータを集めた。そして吉原の社会の活動を主要の背景として分析した。 吉原御免状の中で花魁の実存は本当に吉原の社会の活動を反映した。吉原は抑圧された社会の階級から立てられた。彼らは日本の社会が階級をいくつかに分けたから自由と階級がおなじを熱望した。 この研究により、「吉原御免状」では、花魁が吉原に成功の秘訣になった。吉原は自由し同じの義務と変理ことのためにたてられる。吉原は美しい女性を突き出して成功する場所になった。だから、そのところで花魁がとくせいずけられて花魁の社会的地位も貴族のように同じである。つまり、吉原は花魁に天国になった。
