Abstract

PERSEPSI KONSUMEN SUSU KAMBING DI PETERNAKAN TONI FARM KELURAHAN IBUH KECAMATAN PAYAKUMBUH BARAT KOTA PAYAKUMBUH Widya Putriani, Dibawah Bimbingan Ir. Syafril MS Dan Rahmi Wati, S.Pt, M.Si Jurusan Sosial Ekonomi Peternakan Universitas Andalas Padang 2012 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui beberapa hal yaitu:1) mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen Toni Farm yang mengkonsumsi susu kambing, 2) menganalisis persepsi konsumen Toni Farm tentang susu kambing, 3) menganalisis hubungan karakteristik konsumen dengan persepsi konsumen tentang susu kambing. Penelitian ini di laksanakan pada tanggal 10 maret sampai 18 maret 2012. Metode penelitian adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan kuisioner atau daftar pertanyaan. Respondennya adalah pembeli yang ditemui di lokasi penelitian sebanyak 60 orang. Variabel penelitian adalah karakteristik konsumen, persepsi konsumen dan hubungan karakteristi konsumen dengan persepsi. Penyajian data dalam bentuk tabulasi, kalimat dan analisa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) kelompok umur konsumen terbanyak yaitu pada rentang umur 31-53 tahun, jenis kelamin laki-laki lebih dominan dibandingkan perempuan yang mayoritas tingkat pendidikan SLTA dan sarjana, pekerjaan terbanyak adalah wiraswasta serta pendapatan terbanyak Rp. 2.000.000-3.000.000. 2) persepsi konsumen terhadap susu kambing berdasarkan spesifikasi susu kambing yaitu sangat baik 93% dan baik 7%, berdasarkan khasiat susu kambing yaitu sangat baik 93% dan baik 7%, berdasarkan produk susu kambing yaitu sangat baik 43% baik 55% dan tidak baik 2% dan berdasarkan motivasi pembelian sangat baik 20%, baik 78% dan tidak baik 2%, maka di dapat persepsi konsumen terhadap susu kambing secara keseluruhan yaitu sangat baik 97% dan baik 3%. 3) pendidikan berhubungan nyata dengan motivasi pembelian susu kambing dan pekerjaan berhubungan nyata dengan khasiat susu kambing. Syafril MS And Rahmi Wati, S.Pt, M.Si Departement Social Economi Husbandry Andalas University Padang 2012 The research was conducted to find out some things: 1) identify the characteristics of consumers who consume Toni Farm goat milk, 2) analyze consumer perception about Toni Farm goat milk, 3) analyze the relationship between the characteristics of the consumer with the consumer perception of dairy goats. The research was performed on the 10th of March to 18 March 2012. The research method is a survey method using questionnaires or questionnaires. Respondents are buyers who met at the sites of 60 people. The research variables are the characteristics of the consumer, the consumer perception and consumer karakteristi relationship with perception. Presentation of data in the form of tabulation, and analysis of descriptive sentences.
