Abstract
Research about optimization of Fe(II) and Fe(III) determination simultaneously by adsorptive voltammetry stripping (AdSV) has been done. Researched concentration of calcon, pH, potential of accumulation, and optimum time of accumulation as standard used in this method. From the result, optimum condition of kalkon concentration was 0,6 mM, pH 7, potential of accumulation -0,6 V and time of accumulation was 70 second. The result of relative deviation standard in standard solution of 10 µg/L Fe(II), and 10 µg/L Fe(III) was 1,33% for Fe(II) and 3,48 % for Fe(III). It showed that accuracy level of method was good enough with 10 accuracy. The method was applied in 3 samples with recovery level 98,6% for Fe(III), and 0% for Fe(II).
