Abstract
Reseach about The Ability Of Colonization by various Endophytic Bacterial Formula on Onion ( Allium ascalonicum L.) to control Leaf Blight Disease of Bacteria ( Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. allii) has been implemented in a wire house in Agricultre faculty and Microbiology laboratory of Departement Plant Pest and Diseases of Agriculture faculty, Andalas University on February-July 2010.The aims the research was gotten of long stored and formula endophytic rhizobactery has been colonization capable on onion rhizosphere dan controled Leaf Blight Disease of Bacterium. The research was carried out using Split-Plot Design in Randomized block design which consists of two plots, main plot and subplot. The main plot is the old formula storage Endophytic bacterial isolates (0,1,2,4, 8 weeks) and the subplot is the onion seed is being introduced by some formula Endophytic bacterial isolates (peat, talc powder, tapioca flour, coconut oil added plants (palm oil), coconut water added molasses and without formula).The result of research was showed progressing of colonization endophytic bacteria on onion roots relative stabilize. Formula stored 2, 4 and 8 weeks was the best in controled Bacteral Leaf Blight Disease and improving result of onion.
