Abstract
This study aimsto investigate the influencestrategy ofproductdifferentiationandSatisfaction
ofCustomer Loyalty InBandungRestaurantSoerabiEnhaiInthe city of Padang. Data analysis
methodused isstructuralequation modelinganalysis(structuralequation modeling) with the help
ofSmartPLS2.0M3. This studyusesasample of100respondents. Theindependent
variablesthatConsistDifferentiationProduct DifferentiationServicesBids(X1),
DifferentiationSubmissionorSubmissionServices(X2), DifferentiationCitra(X3), while the
dependent variableis theCustomerSatisfaction(Y1) Customer Loyalty(Y2). Results of this
studyshowedthatonly thedimensions ofDifferentiationandDifferentiationofferservicesthat
significantly influence theimage ofSatisfactionandCustomer Loyaltyin
theRestaurantBandungSoerabiEnhaiInPadang,
whileDifferentiationdeliveryordeliveryservicesare notsignificant.
