Abstract
ABSTRACT Terrorist attacks that characterized by a bomb blast which killed many victims in several Southeast Asian region has changed the world history, the history of the nation and the history of international organizations in the Southeast Asian region. Terrorism is a crime that has a vast interstates network which require that attempt to solve it the involvement of many parties, including states. Countries as an actor in international relations must think actively on terrorism crime solve, include to do all cooperation. So that all to do on interstate cooperation for terrorism solve as achieve a common goal. ASEAN as Association of Southeast Asian Nation to the fist gate and space on shade Southeast Asian Nation for terrorism crime solve cooperation at once achievement goal all of them will be achieve. Efforts as to do ASEAN produce an ASEAN Convention called ASEAN Convention on Counter Terrorism ( ACCT ) were a set cooperation all of them to solve terrorism in Southeast Asia region.
