The aim of this research was to know the procedure and type of pawn gold binding in Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub Branch Bengkulu S. Parman after SEBI about gold pawning and how to act if the customer breaks the agreements was issued. This research used juridical sociologic enclosure methods which see the rules and how it used. The research specification was descriptive analytic. The research was held in Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub Branch Bengkulu S. Parman. Non-random sampling technique was used to determine the sample method. Primary and secondary data was used in collecting data. And the data analysis was qualitative analysis. Based on the research, procedure and type of pawn gold binding in Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub Branch Bengkulu S. Parman after SEBI product of Qardh gold reserving publication was issued which are: a. Agreement of Qardh, the convenant of customer’s defrayal that is given by BSM to the customer, b. Agreement of Rahn, the convenant of gold bonding as customer’s guarantee and, c. Agreement of Ijarah, the convenant of safekeeping and safeguarding (maintenance) service of gold reserve as customer’s defrayal guarantee. The are no differences between before and after SEBI was issued. The only difference is the plafond which is limited to maximum Rp. 250.000.000,00 per customer. If the customer of pawn gold of Bank Syariah Mandiri branch office S. Parman Bengkulu breaks the agreemnets, BSM will send first and second warning letter. First letter will be sent on the due date and the second letter will be sent on the second day overdue. If the customer cannot fulfill the duty, BSM will have the right to do an auction of the gold.
