Abstract
The Small & Middle Business performance is related with personality businessman, education, training business, capital, labor and experience. The second and fifth factor had not influential in accordance with significant to The Small & Middle Business performance. At last for the next researcher highly expected add to the other factors. Kata kunci : Kepribadian Wirausaha, Tingkat Pendidikan, Pembinaan Usaha, Jumlah Modal, jumlah tenaga kerja, pengalaman, kinerja usaha.
