Abstract

Corruption is an extra ordinary crime and systematic, because it is happened in any segment of community life. It needs an extra ordinary measures to combat corruption. The Indonesian government has regulated it in many regulation, not only to prevent but also to repress all the corrupted actions. However corruption is still occurred in variated forms, due to lack of community participation. Preventing efforts should had begun in the earlier and smaller group of community, family, with raising the anty corruption values.
