Abstract

By the ratification of constitution 22nd, 1999 about local government in west sumatra has caused the moving of power and leading. Exactly the ratification local law in west sumatera 9th, 2000 and in Solok by local low 4th,2001 about Pemerintahan Nagari. There is a reason from the write to do the research. It shows 3 kinds of .power moving and, leading at Nagari Talang after started the Solok local law 4th, 2001. The fjrst is the changing of government organization structure; the second is the changing of leader configuration in runing the power from elite style. which is centred with leader of vilage move to dinamic style- The third is the changing of regitimating of ledaing status.
