Abstract

This article is a result of research about implementation of rent house tax policy based on Peraturon Daerah No. 52/2001 to raise efectivity income of rent house tax at Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Sumedang regency. Hogwood and Gunn theory about the logicat Pre-Condition of implementation and hidayat's theory to analyse the efectivity use the theory. The method for this research is explanotory methods, and qualitative methods to analise the data.
