Abstract

This marketing management training for pumpkin crispy small industry entrepreneur in Matur Subdistrict, Agam Regency, Province of West Sumatera was aimed to upgrade and improve competency of pumpkin crispy small industry entrepreneurs to solve pumpkin crispy marketing management phenomenon themselves. This marketing management training was worked at August 10, 2009 in hall of subdistrict head office, Matur Subdistrict, Agam Regency, Province of West Sumatera. This marketing management training trained 28 entrepreneurs. This marketing management training used five training method there were lecture method, seminar method, case study method, role playing method, and business consulting method. This marketing management training used four evaluation methods there were activity evaluation, result evaluation, process evaluation, and effect evaluation. The result of the training showed this marketing management training upgraded and improved competency of pumpkin crispy small industry entrepreneurs to solve pumpkin crispy marketing management phenomenon themselves.
