Abstract

The experiment about the influence of giving Bioflavonoid to root purtula (nodule) and the quality of Soybean seed has been done at wire house and the Laboratory of Seed Technology of Agricultural Culti-vation Department from May to September 1996. The aims of this experiment is to know this influence of giving Bioflavonoid to root purtula (nodule) and the quality of Soybean seed, as well as to get the appropriate concentration of the Bioflavonoid to simu- late the rhizobium symbiosis with soybean crop. This experiment used the complete Randomized Design with five treatments and three replications. The treatment which was experimented is by using several Bioflavonoid concentration : 0 ppm (A), 10 ppm (B), 20 ppm (C), 30 ppm (D) and a0 ppm (E).The result of this experiment, it was proved the giving of Bioflavonoid at 4A ppm concentration could stimulate the highest formation of root purtula (nodule), but at 20 ppm concentration has increased the root purtula, and the quality of soybean.
