Abstract
A HMO method was employed to stud,v the metabolits of polyryclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), bay and antibay epoddes. Result of calculations of 69 PAHs indicated that those pAHs were carcinogen when the aE values of the bay and antibay epoxides were in the range of 0,L350 to 0,4750 and 0,0600 to 0,41.00 respectively ( a E rule). This rule did not increase the correlation between computation and experiment results, due to the cyclic Jacobi used in the program had a limit, a 27 x 27 matrix
