Abstract

Polyembrionic culture of lansium Q,ansiurn domesticum Corr.) had been done under light and without lighttreatments. The plantlets and without light trearment from media of MS, 85, SH and \(PM was transfered to the soil. The results showed that the number of adventitious embryos on Gamborg B, medium were greater than other media at light rreatment. The number of adventitious embryos on MS, 85, SH and \7PM medium without light treatment were greater than light treatment after 5 months cultured. The growth Percentage of plantlets from each medium after transfering to rhe soil was 100%.
