Abstract
Mutagenicity of antineoplastic alkylating of the nitrogen mustard (iphosphamide and chlorambucil) has Been studied by Ames method uring Salmonelta typhimurium TA 97a, TA 98, TA 100 and TA 102 bacteria. The test for iphosphamide and chlorambucil with the addition of rat liver homogenate on S. typhimurium TA 97a, TA 98, and TA 100. Results showed that the two compounds had a positive effect.
