Abstract

The experiment on nucelus of kacang orange (Citrus nobilis L.) growth on several NAA and BAP concentrations was conducted at tissue culture Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture Andalas University Padang from July to October 1995. The objective of this investigation is to study the interaction of NAA and BAP concentrations on nucelus of kacang orange grorvth. 'fhe experiment was arranged in Completely Randomized Design in factorial with two fflctors and three replications. The first factor (A) was NAA concentration with four level 0, 0.2, 0,4, and 0.6 ppm and the second factor (B)was BAP concentration with four levels 0,0.2, 0.4, and 0.6ppm. The result showed that there was no significantinteraction between NAA and BAP on nucelus of kacang orange growth. The concentration of 0.2 ppm BAP was the best for nucelus of kacang orange growth.
