Abstract

The spectrophotometry method {or phosphor determination had been done by using .'"rr"dJ-otbdophosphat reaction with the malachite green. The phosphor determination be done by using 64b nm wave length. The appropriate of malachite green 0,005 M for pigmentatariol r."ction is 0,5 ml. The vanadomelibdophosphat reaction with the malachite green will be constan for 50 minutes. Result for range of detection this method is 9,72x1Q'5 ll 1l,Zl ppm) so thar linear curva until 9x10a M (85,5 pm) Avarage consentration affer nine times -i"*r.*.nts of simples liquid waste was fount from home waste 23,7 ppm by SD6,99 SDR 29,9 o/o,River wasre 1,58 ppm by SD 0,755 SDR 47,8 o/o and industrical waste 618 ppm by SD 16,1; SDR 2,60 o/o.
