Abstract
Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is characterized bt chronic inflammation, infiltration of cells, e.g. monocytes, lymphocytes and proliveration of connetive tissue. Fc receptor for IgG (FcR) on macrophage, granulocytes and lymphocytes have been shown to be important triggers of effector stimulating cells thorough these receptors. We have investigated the distribution of cells bearing FcR of 12 RA Synovium and three osteoarthrois (OA) from post operatif patients using monoclonal antibody CD14, CD64, CDw32 and CD16 on serila cryostat section by immunohistology staining methods.
