Abstract

The production of slucose oxidase (GOD) enzvrne frorn rnutan-lspergillus niger VIC-LDyC,, using sirnple aeration fennentation and speed 27.-t10 mlidet.. during 120 hours and non aeraiion rvith using shaker agitation 250 rpm. Produce enz\me GOD. purification rvith precipitaed arnmoniurn sulphate. Activities GOD and protein concentration were deterrnined bf colometric and Lorvr.v method. Optimal condition of t-erilentation tbr production of GOD was as follor,ving the pH. ternperature and incubation titne rvere 6.'10 "C and 30 tnin respectivelr'. in step of purilication ammonium sulphate 60-8570 in creasing specific actir,'ities frorn 5.-193 unitirn-s be canie 38.721 unitirng. and increased of enz)'lne purification at 7 tirles of crude enzvlne
