Abstract

Invitro culture and selection of biochemical mutants in plant have brought the development of plant biotechnology become more important. The successful of the invitro biochemical mutation methods will be reviewed with several explanations of selection, clones diversity, the use of irradiation and mutagenesis screening methods. The molecular basis concerning DNA mutation will be described out.
