Abstract

The inlluence of filtrate of Pseudomonas syringae pv. glycinea on growth of soybean calli has been studied. It was used the susceptible soybean varieties Harosoy. Soybeans calli was grown on 85 medium + filtrate from Psgrace 4 (as toxic medium) with various concentration (0o ,5oh, l0o ,ls%o,20o ,30o ,35%oand40%) to find sublethal concentration. Calli was treated three times in toxic medium with 4 weeks interval. The result indicated that filtrate from Psgrace 4 reduce the growth of soybeans calli. Sublethal concentration of filtrate of Psg race 4 on soybeans calli was 10% - 25o . Key Word : Filtrat, Pseudomonas syringae pv glycinea, soybean calli
