Abstract
The different formulation (Emulsion Concentrate or EC and Wettable power or WP) of clove flower oil (CFO) had been studied to control bacterial wilt disease on tomato caused by Burkholderia solanacearum. CFO had been tested with different dosages in vitro (0; 0.3 ; 0.4 ; 0.5%) on TTC-Agar and TTC-Broth). Study the effect of CFO in Planta had been done with different dosage and time of application to bacterial disease on tomato. Plants with no wilting effect offer inoculation with B solanacearum had been characterized the antibiosis effect on root. The in vitro test showed that growth of pathogen suppressedat0.3o/o CFO (EC and WP) and the effect of CFO in plant indicate that WP more effective than EC. Only extract from roots of no wilting plants (offer treatment with CFO before inoculation with pathogen) showed antibiosis effect against B solanacearum. Key Word : clove flower oil, Burkholderia, solanacearum, tomato
