Abstract

Study of Fisherman society in town Padang, what generally come from is Minangkabau Ethnic. This Article sue about unsuccesfull various program action enableness of coastal area society which stiil not 1ift prosperity of society. ln this article, author offer an-approach alternative in enableness of society namery approach of tysiem. This approach tries to develop dynamic moder abte to be used to design policy in make-up of prosperity of fisherman society in Koto Tangah, Padang.
