Abstract

In Minangkabau society, Custom and lslam teaching become reference in have behavior. Value and norm system taken as reference and base in compotting, its structure building and character differ. Always there is effort to being both of system value and different norm system, but the effort not yet been conducted systematically, so that in societal life of us find difficulties to differentiate between social fact with system value and norm system which framed in Minangkabau society cognition structure. This Article study the problem of Communal Land at matrilineal society which continue to decrease and divided the ownership of in family of care of samandeh, and social function from communal land do not walk, so that bear many society internal issue. For that, require to be done by efforts with aim to to replace function from communal land to other form, which is having bases to at lslam teaching.
