Abstract
Law no. 3/1993 provides opportunityfor workers in the informal sector to have acces to forma! social security and governmentfinancial programms. However, workers in the informal sector are not able to use this chance. The informal institution is also a source of aidfor trader in the informal sector, but they did not use it property because of their limited lvtowledge of it's procedures.
