Abstract

lsolated Adat Community of Empowerment (IACE) was the effort which needs to get attention from central and province government. One of crusial aspect in implementation empowerment activity are knowing of social and culture aspect, economic, and environmental from isolated Adat Community itself. lsolated Adat Community is a society group owning certain cultural patterns and was interacting and adapting with its environment. ln presfective of human resource development front social and culture aspect, economic and education have to become especially priority in study isolated Adat Community. This Matter will become evidence do empowerment of the sociefy will succeed or not, so that good for prosperity of society.
