Abstract
This Article describes voice from Minangkabau to reform agrarian law. The main reason why Minangkabau want to reform agrarian law is adat law regulates how to bring into play the tanah ulayat, but it is not considered by government in positive law. Many cases where tanah ulayat were taken over by state through regulations.
