Abstract
Preliminary Investigation Flowering Time of Andalas tree (Morus macroure Miq.) was undertaken from Ferbuary to April 1993 in Paninjauan Padang Panjang. The result showed that female flower reached 25 cm long and died after five weeks. Growth rate on the thirdweek 6-17 percent. Male flower reached 24 cm long and died after four weeks. Growth rate on the third week 9-1-5 percent. From survey found 20 trees, 12 of them with female flowers, five with male flower and the others were not know.
