Abstract
Exoglucanase (C1) is a sub unit from cellulase enzyme and very important, because it hidrolyzed cellulosa crystall to cellulosa amorf. In this research, exoglucanase enzyme source from Volvariella VolVacea isolated Padang. Enzyme production with submerged fermentation method enzyme acivity with Somogyi-Nelson method and protein concentration with Lowry method. Biomass fungi and activity enzyme highly 12 days incubation , 1,602 g and 0,77 anit per mL. Producdon enzyme followed specific activity 0,34 unit per mg protein and total activity 141,06 unit. Exoglucanase enzyme an optimal condition : pH 6,5 and temperature 55o C.
