Abstract

The haemolymphs of honey bees is the absolutely nutrition resources of their ectoparasite, Varroa jacobsoni OUD. In 1983, Tewarsonfound the molecules of these haemolymphs were not changed in metabolism, therefore all of macromolecules of found again irySg of the ectoparaiite, Varroa iacobsoni OUD. There is a big question of metabolism, what happens by this ectoparasite. Through this research, the proteins of the ectoparasite's ovarium were compared to proteins of the honeybees's haemolymphs from her hospes, some post embrionic stages of Apis mellifera carnnica were injected on SDS PAGE. It was found 10 special mole- cule bands on ovarium 166 kilodalton to l8 kilodalton which has not found on the haemolymphs of the ectoparasite. On the haemolymphs were found 26 special protein bands from 246 kilodalton to 17 kilodalton. It means that the ectoparasite digest the haemolymphs of honeybees.
