Abstract
The study of epidermis structure of earthworms which found around lime stone factory in Padang has been carried out. In this study Hematoxylin Eosin Reagent method was used for histological preparation. The parameter used was the cross section of whole body epidermis. The study showed that cuticle os epidermis of polluted Pontoscolex sp. was thinner than the control and the shridcell grand of epidermis was degeneration.
