Abstract

Organic matter (OM) is ones component of SRI. Titonia is green manure (OM), should be used for subtituted by fertilizers. This shrub it is noted to decompose rapidly in the soil, and has the potential in producing high amounts of OM. Used of that in this action to increased paddy production for sustainable agriculture and balance nutrient in the soils. We hope with this technology application can increased income of the farmers. Demontration plots were methode of studied of technology for the farmers (one plot by the farmers technology; one plot with 25 % of titonia and 75% of fertilizers recomendation; and one plot with titonia 100 % recomendations). The best production of paddy soil was applied 25 % titonia and 75 % fertilizers recomendation (14,9 ton/ha). The others, was 9,6 ton/ha by the farmer technology and 9,5 ton/ha by titonia 100% recomendation. There was a positive correlation with increased to income the farmers for the future.
