Abstract
Indonesia as developing country need foreign lnvestors to improve its standard of living and.in contributing the economic. there are many aspects-foreign investment in the host countries. legal aspect of foreign investment specially about nationality regulation in indonesia, one of problem must serriously attention. the research has reveald that indonesian law does not regulate enough for protection foreign investors. There is no implementation legislation concerning nationality in the foreign invest- ment, it is also can be terribly hard. in the legal enfor- cement and legal security foreign investment.
