Abstract
Agricultural sector in the rural is assumed having a strong power to maintain national economy, especially in facing economic crisis in the middle of 1997 and globalization era. In accelerating the development of economy in the rural, an ordered program is much needed. One of the programs is the developing of agropolitan area. The developing of agropolitan in every districts will develop economic growth with agriculture basis. It is hoped can stimulate the development of other sectors.
