Abstract

Work woman in agricultural sector and industry as labour because of many factor among others coming from within his self ( internal factor), like education storey ; level, age, residence and others. Later; Then coming from outside ownself (eksternal factor) like, condition of activity market, family characteristic , characteristic work of cultural social and husband. This research aim to (1). Analysing factors becoming woman cause marry to work as labour in agricultural sector and industry. (2). Analysing factors becoming woman constraint marry to work as labour in agricultural sector and industry. From result of empirical finding, at agricultural sector and factors industry becoming woman cause marry to work as labour at agricultural sector and industry is; lowering of education storey ; level, residence, characteristic work of household characteristic and husband. While constraint faced by woman marry laboring as labour at agricultural sector and industry is lowering of wage rate.
